Reconnect to the sacred web of life &

Reclaim your power and true voice

if there’s anything to remember, it’s this:

you are the medicine.

Bienvenida. My name is Isa.

Through my journey—traversing the halls of an Ivy League nursing school and the depths of the Peruvian Amazon jungles, the Andes, and the Oaxacan mountains—I’ve come to understand that true transformation and healing require nurturing both body and soul. As a lineage-honoring medicine practitioner, I have been trained by Indigenous healers in these sacred lands, carrying forward their wisdom with deep respect and care.

The earth provides us not only with the vital nutrients that sustain our physical vessel but also with sacred medicines and wisdom teachings that guide us toward our most authentic self and deepest calling. I guide soul journeys through plant medicine, somatic therapy, and herbal wisdom, knowing that embodiment is essential to this process. Whether through somatic and eco-based therapy, coaching, or earth medicine facilitation and mentorship, my approach is holistic and integrative. Additionally, I can connect you to my extensive international network of healers, specialists, and practitioners to further support your unique path and needs.

As many in the ceremonial and healing spaces know, the true work often begins once the ceremony or session ends. My practice extends beyond visionary plant work to encompass a wide array of healing modalities, all informed by my background and foundation in trauma therapy and rigorous medical training. If you are new to these transformative practices and seeking a safe, gentle space to grow and explore, welcome. This space is for you. Here, we work slowly, subtly, and softly, always attuning to your unique rhythm and needs, creating a supportive environment for deep and lasting transformation.

I am a registered nurse licensed in the states of New York and Texas (License #806859) and hold a Master of Science in Nursing from Columbia University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Dance from Eugene Lang College. My training includes certification in The Triple Vagal Method®, a trauma-informed somatic bodywork and therapy approach, as well as extensive study under Maestra Isabel Pinedo, a renowned Shipibo-Conibo Onaya.

For the past four years, I have lived in Central and South America, immersing myself and living among the wisdom keepers of Andean, Shipibo, and Red Path Traditions. During this time, I worked for a year at a world-renowned Ayahuasca Healing center in the Amazon Jungle and Sacred Valley, where I facilitated over 500 ceremonies for over 600 individuals of all backgrounds. I have also undertaken multiple month-long dietas under my Maestra, Isabel pinedo, deepening my study of the amazonian medicine traditions and purification practices.

I have led international women's retreats in the lush Mayan Riviera and the majestic Sacred Valley of Peru, guiding women through profound soul journeys and awakenings. My work focuses on helping women reconnect with the medicine, magic, and sacred practice of sitting in circle.

I bring a humble and reverent approach to my work, deeply committed to the practice of cultivating reciprocal sacred relationships and honoring the wisdom that has been entrusted to me.
